Our programs

The play-based programs developed by the teaching team at Warekila Preschool are based on the guidelines of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF).

The frameworks use five outcomes to describe the key elements of children’s learning and development:

2. COMMUNITY – Children are connected and contribute to their world.
3. WELLBEING – Children have a strong sense of wellbeing.
4. LEARNING – Children are confident and involved learners.
5. COMMUNICATION – Children are effective communicators.​
